Bonnamu is our biggest philanthropic event of the year. Held in the fall, this music festival includes bands, food trucks, carnival games and tie-dye! All proceeds go directly to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
In 2017, we raised $8,127 for CMNH!
Casino Night is a philanthropy event held during the spring semester at the Phi Mu house. The 2018 Spring Philanthropy Chair, Kendall Cox and Annie Dempsey, did a fabulous job coordinating with our co-hosts within UNC's Greek Community and organizing the advertising, vendors, prizes, food, and entertainment involved with Casino Night. Sisters are able to learn how to deal and play games such as Russian Roulette or Blackjack, and many spent the evening dancing in our spacious backyard to the music provided by a DJ. We were fortunate to have several generous donors for prizes, and our top prizes included a YETI Cooler and a signed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar banner! Our chapter raised $6,775 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals! We love being able to showcase our beautiful house, spend quality time with our sisters, and raise money for our philanthropy!
